  • (1) Direct Mailing promotion to all senior residents and selected ASPS or AAFPRS practicing physicians nationwide to drive candidate inquires to client for phone assessment.
  1. On-Site Practice Assessment: Representation begins with a practice visit to profile the business attributes and practice financial performance. Practice profiling aids in developing stategies to support associate recruitment, expense reduction, professional networking, partnership building, and business transition planning. Profiling also enables the Plastic Surgery Partnerships Consultant to effectively advise clients about their role in the partnering process and how to achieve the most viable outcome.  Clients receive confidentiality agreements, illustrations of partnership and business transition models and a sample letter of intent proposal agreement.
  1. Client Candidate Pre-Match & Negotiations: Once a “pre-matched” candidate is identified, the Plastic Surgery Partnerships Consultant will interview prospective candidates, conduct candidate field interviews, develop the practice visit interview agendas, conduct post visit debriefings of all parties, develop business models, and lead negotiations with client advisors.
